Shipping & Delivery

We work with door to door courier delivery  to physical addresses in South Africa. Courier deliveries occur during standard office hours so please ensure that the physical address that you provide for the delivery of your parcel is the one where you will be located during business hours. If it happens that the courier delivers and no one is there to sign for the parcel, they will phone you on your indicated telephone number and arrange a more suitable time.

All dispatch of parcels happens within 48 hours excluding weekends and Public holidays. Delivery times are between 24 hours to up to 5 working days depending on the area where you reside. Bigger cities and towns receive deliveries much sooner than regional areas.

The countdown in terms of the shipping period begins once your payment has been confirmed by the payment-processor.
